Usha Rama Placement Cell
Training and Placement is an autonomous and structured department which is an integral part of the Institution. The institute has state of the art infrastructure and resources for effective functioning of the Training and Placement department. Training activities are tailor made to tune students throughout the year to learn and apply the Attitude, Behavior, Analytical and logical thinking capabilities in a right way. This training will help the students to be market ready and towards becoming a corporate citizen.
T&P department is headed by an experienced corporate HR and is well supported by International and national level in house trainers. This team and their experience gives a great advantage and strength to perform in written tests, group discussions, personal interviews, Role-plays, JAM sessions, industrial visits, training for soft skills at the time of interviews.
The entire team mastered in bridging the gaps between industrial needs and institutional gaps with their experience in both college and corporate sectors, which gives an added advantage to the students in order to understand how to excel in the corporate field with great confidence.
