The rapid changes in the field of Information Technology is riding the crest of the IT industry wave. With the entire world in the grip of the versatile and vibrant World Wide Web, the Information Technology has become the most potent and powerful tool of the future.
We at URCE, understanding the need of tomorrow's world, made a committed bid to bridge the gap between the academic grounding of the students and the demand of the Industry, by bringing into existence, the Department of Information Technology in the Institution. The Intake of the department is 60. The department has an experienced and dedicated team of faculty members.
The Department is periodically organizing seminars, conferences, faculty development programs, workshops and guest lecturers for the benefit of both the students and the staff. Students are actively participating in APSSDC skill training programs. Personality Development programs are frequently conducted to enrich the students. These programs help in imparting and developing soft skills which help the students to improve the commitment at all levels.
